Had my water heater repair done with Stockton Appliance Repairs, and I’m definitely keeping their number on speed dial. Found them through a simple online search when my old water heater decided it was time to take some time off. It’s Stockton, CA, and you kinda need that hot water all year round, right?
The tech, Mike, showed up on time, mask on, ready to get things rolling. Super friendly and knew exactly what the issue was with the ol' tank. He did this quick troubleshoot, realized it was something with the thermostat, and got to work. Didn’t feel like I was getting upsold anything extra. Genuine guy. Took him about an hour or so, and voila! Hot water was back.
Really liked the whole process. The transparency was key. Prices are fair too, which is a big deal when you’re looking at water heater repair. No shady surprises. They even offered some tips on how to extend the life of the heater. Little things that no one bothers to tell you. Great experience overall. If anyone’s in a jam with their water heater, give these guys a ring, for sure.
